HOTEL PRICES
Rooms are based on 2 people (adults sharing), any extra adults are charged an extra £58 per person per night and children are charged an extra £15.50 per child per night (children's ages are 4-15 and we don't charge for infant's)

Standard Doubles with separate but private facilities (has 1 double bed) - £130 a night for 2 people (£150 a night at the weekend and Bank Holiday weekends)

En-suite Double rooms - £130 a night for 2 people (has 1 double bed) (£150 a night at the weekend and Bank Holiday weekends)

En-suite Double/Twin Rooms (has 1 either King Size/or double bed and 1 single bed) - £130 a night for 2 people (£150 a night at the weekend and Bank Holiday weekends)

King Size Double rooms with separate but private facilities (has 1 King Size bed and 2 single beds) - £130 a night for 2 people (£150 a night at the weekend and Bank Holiday weekends)
(Friday and Saturday) is a minimum of 2 nights, and Bank Holiday Weekends (Friday to Monday) is a minimum of 3 nights

ARRIVAL
Rooms are usually available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, if arriving earlier, Reception staff will take in your luggage for safe keeping. We kindly ask that you inform the hotel in advance if you are planning to arrive after 10pm.
DEPARTURE
Please vacate your room before 10am on the day of departure, or extra charges may apply.
DINING ROOM
We have an on-site dining room in the hotel. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.00am to 9.30am. Non residents are welcome to join us for breakfast. You can also book in for an evening meal, we serve in the dining room between 6:00pm and 7:30pm, if you would like a table just let us know at hotel reception.
DOGS
We do allow well behaved dogs to stay with us in the hotel, at a small charge of £10 per dog per night. This allows them full V.I.D access to all areas of the hotel and bars, excluding the dining room. Hotel management reserve the right to make a charge if extra room cleaning is required.
OTHER INFORMATION
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in all rooms.
Free WiFi internet is available to all hotel and bar guests.
We serve food throughout the day in our main hikers bar. Bar food avaliable 12:30pm - 8pm Sunday to Thursday and 8:30pm Friday and Saturday.
Room Booking Terms and Conditions:
A deposit of £50 per room is required to secure your booking. This can be done using a credit or debit card.
The deposit is non - refundable.
You may check-in anytime after 1pm.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room is required upon booking.
The full balance is to be paid 10 days before your stay. This will be charged to the card you booked with unless you contact us to amend payment details.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking the £50 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking seven days before your stay the full amount of the room will be charged if we are unable to re-let the room.
